At Islander we like to make every camper one that we would be happy to travel in ourselves and we believe the evidence of that shows through in our quality and attention to detail.

Islander Campers is a progressive company that is continually researching new methods of manufacturing motor homes. Our research also extends into the development of new products and features as well as design and layouts to suit the most discerning buyers.

Islander Campers was incorporated as Conversion Trading Pty. Ltd. in 1990.

Since then Islander has moved three times to accommodate our business growth. Islander Campers is now situated at Penguin, in Tasmania. Our current facilities consist of production, offices, parking and  yard space.

Islander Campers specialise in the manufacture of campervans and motorhome vehicles and have on site access to specialist fibreglass and composite construction staff, steel and stainless steel fabrication, composite moulding and specialist fabrication.

Islander Campers is owned by Penguin Composites Pty Ltd. Customer service is our priority we do our best to make your time with us as pleasurable as possible.

Currently the Penguin Composites group employs over 30 staff.
